Documents Online, Inc. is located in Nashville, TN and has been an Authorized Laserfiche Reseller since 1995. Originally formed as the imaging division of Delta Data Systems, Inc. and then evolving into a separate entity in 2001 in order to better serve customers and their content management needs. Documents Online currently serves Clients in ten States with Laserfiche installations ranging from single user systems to enterprise installations consisting of hundreds of users and utilizing all Laserfiche modules.

 

Clients include government agencies, educational institutions and organizations across many industries including; Utilities, Finance, Medical Billing, Healthcare, Food Service and many others. Laserfiche was chosen as our ECM partner and technology platform due to great flexibility, open architecture, integration capabilities, ability to be utilized as a shared service across any sized organization and most importantly its affordability and value.

 

Documents Online, Inc. is led by CEO, Brody D. Wallace.  A native Nashvillian and graduate of Lipscomb University, Brody has over 20 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management.  He enjoys and is very proud of the many client relationships that he has built developing and implementing Laserfiche solutions of all sizes.  Brody is the very lucky husband of Beth and proud father of Parks, Sara Mac and Maddux.
