Meade County RECC shows how they increase efficiency with use of LF Connector
Meade County RECC, a customer of Documents Online, Inc., recently shared their new use of Laserfiche Connector to integrate Laserfiche with their Billing application. They are now able to save time by searching Laserfiche as well as adding documents to Laserfiche from the click of one button. Metadata is captured immediately from their billing application so no need to enter search criteria or enter indexing data when scanning. In addition, they are now able to complete Forms with one click eliminating the need to re type information that already exists in the billing application. They have much more efficient processes, data entry errors have been significantly reduced and employees are happier!
