We had a great time speaking Wednesday morning in Lexington, KY at the Kentucky League of Cities Municipal Clerk's Institute!

We were able to cover the History of ECM, the many benefits of implementing ECM within Local Governments, the Digital Transformation Model and much more. We also had a long-time Laserfiche Customer speak to the group of 75+ about his own experience of implementing and growing an ECM system from scanning in the early days to now implementing full end to end digital processes. Laserfiche Users sharing their stories are always one of the best ways to provide helpful tips and information on what others will most likely encounter as well on their trip through digital transformation.
